The Cottage is a fantastic property. Lovely and peaceful. A real cosy retreat, nicely private with handy outdoor space. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Stephen and Naomi, friendly and professional. The decorated Christmas tree was a lovely thought that was uplifting after our challenging crossing

Was lovely and clean and in a great location, fresh bagels for breakfast and fresh orange juice and fruit was great for an easy quick breakfast, the lady who did the cleaning also was rely nice, lovely room with a nice view over the marina.

Mark & Jason are beautiful souls. Lovey decor, everything was comfortable from the sofa, single chairs, dining chairs, bed, bathroom was easy to move around in. The towels nice and fluffy. Nice size kitchen with everything required for a four day stay. TV in lounge room and the bedroom. Plenty of space to hang clothes and plenty of draw space, nice little nook in bedroom for putting on makeup. I love that the mirror in the bathroom has a light and a demister. A nice size fridge. Very, very clean with great views, we were lucky to be on the top floor after 4 flights of stairs don't let that put you off. A nice quiet location. Very quick walk to the city center and foreshore. The bonus for us was having a washing machine/dryer with only travelling with carry-on luggage. Car parking was never an issue always plenty of spaces available at all times. I would recommend any one to book, Mark and Jason are lovely, friendly hosts who also own The Tea Junction which is also a must visit owned by Jason & Mark. The photos on booking.com are exactly what it is like in the apartment.

    The location was fantastic (centre of Laxey) and the apartment itself was brilliant - everything you could need for a day or two away! The bed was comfy and the shower was brilliant - especially after a full day of hiking! The hosts were great - thorough instructions ahead of arrival and prompt, helpful communication. Would thoroughly recommend!

    The Apartment had every amenity you could wish for, a real home from home, loved the welcome tea and coffee set up and the hot water bottles were most welcome. The views from every window were spectacular all furniture, bedding was to a high standard. The jet tub was sheer luxury 😌

    Generous size upstairs apartment - specifically large lounge, open plan kitchen & bathroom (with both spa bath & double-size shower). Owners were helpful & responsive throughout are stay, despite some unexpected challenges. That said, quite a lot of very good facilities & hospitable touches too (from hot water bottles, spare electric heaters & teas / coffees / biscuits provided)
