Lovely little pod. Just perfect for what I needed. Can't believe they got so much into a small space. Loved the fairy lights outside unfortunately it was too cold to sit outside. Good value for money

It was very spacious, modern and well equipped. The location was ideal and not far from the motorway. The hosts were very helpful and were very good at keeping you informed. Would definitely book again if we were in the area. Highly recommended.

Everything. Especially the calm, relaxed, helpful and friendly demeanour of the staff upon our very late arrival at 1am. And again at breakfast - just fantastic to experience that when trying to relax too yourself. Nice artwork everywhere, good bright design and colour scheme. Comfy beds, linen and clean modern bathroom. Liked also the in room tea/coffee facilities. And the variety of the breakfast was incredibly good, in fact close to that expected at a 4 or 5 star hotel. One incident stood out at how professional the place was in my mind. A customer arrived the same time as us and somehow - a freak accident in truth - the glass door shattered. No harm done but the staff member on duty at reception remained calm and professional and asked if she was ok, needed medical attention etc. She was understandably a bit shaken but ok and understood ‘these things happen’, nobody’s fault and just relieved to get to bed. Next morning everything was fixed and back to normal. Very professionally handled as someone 24/7 emergency response door fitters must’ve attended soon after the door damage happened. The whole incident spoke volumes to me about the overall hotel and its management team. And the price per night is a steal considering all that’s included.

Great little properly in an ideal location, very clean, right on a high street with access to everything you need. Smart tv with everything on it you’d need, very comfortable and staff were very friendly and accommodating, contactable anytime with immediate replies to any questions which was very helpful.

Close to the train station and located in a quiet street. The house was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need for your stay. The beds were so comfy, best sleep I've had in ages and the showers were fantastic with plenty of fresh towels. Everything was positive about the accommodation. Big, spacious house with 5 good sized warm bedrooms, far better than being cooped up in one hotel room. Fantastic value for money for the price of the stay for 4 of us.

It was fabulously quirky, excellently equipped, and the decoration was perfect for the property. There was also an amazing breakfast selection. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even acting as a taxi to get us to and from a wedding we were attending. I could not recommend the Jewel in the Crown highly enough.

    Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious and very well presented! Great location - would definitely stay again when we’re back in Sandbach visiting family! Only one thing was missing for me personally and that was a hair dryer (but I guess you can pack your own) but not always ideal when trying to pick light for a weekend trip.

    A lovely apartment ☺️ close to the town centre one of the staff were amazing he faced timed me and guided me through how to work the boiler as the flat was cold when I arrived. Lovely little place

    Spacious large flat with lovely period features but modern decor, comfortable bed, excellent bedding. Toiletries and plenty of towels available. Good central location. And quiet. Many pubs and eateries to choose from. Free carparking very close by. I hope it will be available when we need to return in the autumn.
