Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The closed parking was highly convenient, with available spots and easy access. Freshly brewed coffee, available for free 24/7 on the ground floor, was a great touch, especially with the cozy terrace garden nearby.

Very clean and beautiful room. Had all amenities, even a toothbrush and toothpaste. Easy check in and check out and safe. It really did exceed our expectations. Located relatively close to the Old City Center, the appartment was perfect for our stay. The owner is one of the most responsive ones I have ever encountered in my travels and super kind. Very helpful and fast in his responses. I would reccomend this accomodation a thousand times.

It was an amazing hotel located in a more quiet area of the city. It takes you about 20 minutes by foot to get to the old part of the city. However, it is also very easy (and cheap) to get around by Bolt. There are many taxi’s available. I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.

The bed was really really comfortable. The coffee in the room is great and the swimming pool is very nice to cool after walking around town. Very friendly staff and very clean in general. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable.

A very good place in the city centre. The host is really helpful. It has a good share, an AC, a full kitchen, and comes with a private parking in the city centre. You need to contact the host to let you in for the first time, the gate is closed.
