My family and I had the best possible stay here. Excellent location with a bus stop outside and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. The pool and outdoor are were great. Moreover, the staff treated us like family. Thanks again! We will definitely return.

The 2 bedroom flat is brand new, spacious, modern, and clean. It looks exactly like the pictures and even better when you see it live. The location is just perfect, walking distance to everything in the main town of Aegina. Comfortable beds and pillows - each room has its own TV!!! The hosts explained everything about Aegina, and they welcomed us with a fruit platter and two big bottles of water which is so lovely to have readily available as soon as you arrive after a long trip. The flat has a washing machine (softener and detergent were also provided) which is extremely useful when you are a family with young kids. A very nice gesture was that they placed in the kids room some kids books, fairy tales and toys, the kids really loved it and they were entertained a lot by these kids toys. Filter coffee machine with ground filter coffee available which I personally prefer over espresso! What can I say more, I would definitely come back! Strongly recommended guys and worth every penny!

We stayed for a week in this wonderful home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house has the authentic charm of traditional Greek architecture and is set in complete peace and quiet, yet just a short and easy walk from the town center. The interior was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — including air conditioning in every room. The garden was absolutely beautiful, featuring a dreamy pool and a grill area that made our evenings special. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming from the very first moment, and even drove us to the port when we left — a gesture we truly appreciated. This house is perfect whether you want to explore the island or simply relax in total privacy. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

We stayed for 2 days, do the apartment was clean and tidy, there were all the necessary staff in the kitchen and the bathroom. Also we should admit great view from the balcony. The owner was so kind - present us homemade cookies and welcome drink, water and juice. As a benefit he drove us to the main church of Aigina, offer what to do during our vocation and places for dinner. Thank you so much!

The house was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind when she knew my husband had knee surgery, she offered an early check-in to make things easier for us. Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!
