If you want romance, luxury, history, grandeur and “filoxenia”, this is the place for you. I recently travelled with my husband,15 and 13 year old daughters coming from Australia and recently completed London, Paris, Venice, Florence and Kefalonia. I booked this accomodation to be close to my husbands relatives and didn’t put too much thought into it. Wow. Just wow. Firstly we arrived late and were immediately greeted by Yianni the owner. He didn’t want to bother us with the check in procedures as it was late and advised we could do it in the morning. As he was escorting us to our room he explained the history of the property. Passion and privileged detail were not forgotten. I was blown away by a young person having such dedication, enthusiasm and respect for a property. His grandmother planted all the Olive trees which are now over 65 years old. The landscaping and plants which are mostly herbs are used for the culinary experience you will taste in your meals and also provide protection from the mosquitoes and flys. When morning arrived and we went throughout our stay we started meeting the staff. It’s as if all of them were handpicked to match the property. Love, dedication and endless smiles. Even the Domestic care taker (cleaner but hate that word) spoke to me like I knew her over 100 years. Secondly, the property. Yianni’s father was the architect behind it and designed it to not interfere with the established olive trees. The lofts are spacious with kitchenettes, plentiful air conditioning units, TV, privacy, option to have breakfast delivered to your balcony, a bar, a pool and endless hospitality. I am sure I have missed so much as we were only there 3 nights. That was my biggest mistake. Not staying longer. I could go on and on about how this was my absolute favourite place to unwind and relax that I have EVER stayed at but you need to do yourself a favour and experience this for yourself.

Everything was excellent. Property was the same as in the pictures. Clean and confortable beds,kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you need. AC and tv in every room and extra pillows and towels also. The owner was very resposive to everything we needed. RECOMMENDED! 10/10

A beautiful accommodation – it’s rare to find such a clean and well-organized place in Greece. You can clearly see that the owner has put a lot of effort into making everything perfect and making you feel at home. Very comfortable for a 4-membets family. On the first floor there are one room with a double-bed and another room with 2 separate beds, and on the ground floor there are a living room with one three-seater, one two-seater and 2 armchairs, and a kitchen. The accomodation is very clean. There is no feeling of humidity nor any mould. The house is very well equipped with everything you would need on a family vacation. There is the terrace in front of the entrance, where it is pleasant to sit if you want a view on the street In the back, next to the kitchen, there is the another terrace overlooking the small garden, where it is nice to have a meal, play board games, work on the laptop etc. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there are a washing machine (that works great) and wires for clothes drying. Wi-fi works perfect. Next to the entrance gate there is a practical device that very quickly washes the sand off the feet when comming from the beach. Anti-mosquito nets are available on all windows and entrance to the terrace. Air-conditioners quickly cool both the ground floor and the upper floor. There is the bathroom on the ground floor (with the window), and the toilet on the first floor. Even a full first aid cabinet is available. There is enough free space for suitcases and shoes, and also enough cupboards, drawers and shelves for other things. The accomodation is very close to the beach, as well as the main promenade, which you can reach in 1-2 minutes by foot. If there is no parking space right in front of the house, the large parking lot, where you will always find a place, is 50 m away. There are in the same street 2 supermarkets with low prices and a bakery. The part of the promenade closest to the accommodation is full of good restaurants and cafes. In addition to high functionality, this accommodation is aesthetically nice aranged too. The owners are so kind and hospitable. All recommendations.

Apartment is spacious, well equiped, clean and cozy. Parking place is right under the apartment. The location is great close to the beach and supermarket. We arrived at night so we appreciated the possibility of self-checking. Communicaton with the owner was smooth and effective. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

    The apartment was exactly as advertised, offering a convenient location just a stone's throw from the beach, markets, and bars. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, a very good internet connection, a TV, and air conditioning. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even going out of their way to provide us with towels, which weren't initially included.

    Everything was perfect. The communication with the host Ritsa was easy, the location of the appartment is excelent (3 min walk to the beach) in the quiet part of Flogita but very close to the restorants, market, and everything you need. The apartment is modern, equiped with 2 smart TV's, stable fast internet conection, fully equiped kitchen, bath with thermostatic shower valve.... and much more... We will surely visit again.
