The apartment is newly renovated, everything worked very well. It is big and comfortable, WiFi is strong. The communication with the host Manos was excellent and there were some nice touches when I arrived: cookies, water and juice in the fridge, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and excellent honey from Samos.  It is in a quiet side street, a minute away from the harbour front, restaurants, bars, shops. It is very easy to get to the ferry. There is a small seating area outside the apartment's front door, just above the small street. You could have a coffee there, but not really eat a meal. On the roof, there is a shared terrace (with one other apartment) with two sun loungers and an umbrella. You can see the sea from two spots up there, but there are houses in front of you. To get to the terrace, you need to go out in the street, walk around the house and go up two flights of stairs. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment, it was modern, central, quiet, and had everything one could want.

We spent 2 weeks in this amazing property which had everything for a wonderful stay. Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, well appointed bathroom and storage, convenient location to explore Samos island. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, they made sure that we felt like at home. I would like to emphasise on their hospitality and kindness which was very much appreciated. The communication with our hosts was amazing- from booking stage to departure and beyond. We felt very cared for. Upon our arrival, we were met by our hosts and given some delicious local food. There were cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. Bottle of delicious Samos wine and breakfast treats. They also supplied olive oil, vinegar, washing up liquid, washing machine pods, paper towels... They have not charged anything for it. We also received a gift which reminds us about our stay at Helen's Mountain House. Thank you! The house is newly renovated, well appointed and very clean. There were always bathroom supplies and fresh towels available. Shower was amazing- always hot with great water pressure. Beautiful views from the village which was surrounded by grape vines and forest at the foot of Mt Karvouni. It was always great to return to accomodation after exploring the island. The property, its facilities and amazing hosts really contributed to our holiday and I could not think about a better place when we return to Samos. Thank you very much for everything!

Excellent central location, easy walk from ferry and so close to waterfront tavernas and main street shopping. The owner went out of her way to help with an early check in, was informative with transport options and gave recommendations on where to visit. Would always stay here if I return to Pythagorio.

    This was the most comfortable and clean vacation I have ever experienced. The apartment owners was really kind and they provided everthing we need in the hause, I mean you dont need to bring apart from your clothes. They also put a adarable ornament in front of the apartment door for us, thats really impressed us. Totally, you can actually prefer this apartment for the vacation with your families and friends if you want to spend quality time.

    It is a lovely apartment, with an amazing view on the sea from the living room and balcony! The lady that opened the door for me waited for me. I truly recommend this place, very clean, nicley decorated and close to anything in Ireon, shops, restaurants, beach etc! 10/10

    Great apartment, perfectly clean! They were changing our towels every two days just as well as the bed linen. The location is also very good, at the central square. You can also rent a car from the owner, Manolis who was very helpful and kind. Looking forward to coming back to Samos and this apartment!

    Everything about this property exceeded our expectations by far. The apartment is quiet, spacious, and comfortable. It is decorated with great taste and is located by the beach and a few minutes from the supermarket and restaurants. The hosts are incredibly welcoming (thanks for the amazing jam and olive oil!!), and they showed great flexibility to accommodate all our needs. We will definitely come back to this lovely place!
