The staff were very helpful. They offered the best room that they had because it was available, even though we had a reservation for a smaller room. The suite was better than we could have ever imagined. It was the highlight of our trip, and we will definitely come back in the future!

The room was beautiful, and very comfortable with everything you need, even in the kitchen. It was clean, with a comfortable bed. Beautiful minimalistic decoration. It had a balcony with a table and chairs. The location is excellent, one block just off from the main road and restaurants. The owners are lovely people, very helpful.

To start, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, they were very responsive whenever we needed them. We stayed for 5 days, so they cleaned the house and did the dishes once, and resupplied us with a new set of towels twice. The house was extremely clean (sheets, bathrooms, pool, jacuzzi...) and the kitchen was very well equipped, we were able to cook comfortably as a family. The view from the balconies is incredible, perfect to watch the sunset in a jacuzzi! The location was perfect for us too, less than a 30 minutes ride by car from the west coast of the island and the port, and less than a 10 minutes ride from 3 of the most beautiful villages to visit on the island.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kastraki Riviera! Liana was so warm and welcoming, attentive and helpful! The property is immaculately clean, new and fresh and has a stunning view of the sea with a breathtaking sunset every night. Our room was bright and generously sized with beautiful lighting and decor. My girls loved the pool and their bunk beds. I loved the delicious breakfast brought to our room each morning and the amazing shower! Liana is naturally an amazing host, making sure you have everything you need, that your room is clean and cared for and going out of her way to help when needed. She and her assistant were so sweet. The property is very close to multiple beaches and restaurants. We loved Hawaii Beach and the sweet little family owned restaurant, Blue Lagoon... Also by a beautiful beach with stunning sunset views. If we ever find ourselves lucky enough to be in Naxos again, I would book here again without hesitation and know that Liana would welcome us with open arms. ❤️

We stayed there with the family. He had 3 double rooms but actually they were like studios. Everything was great. The rooms, the location, the pool area and the bar and specially the host. It was exaclty what we were looking for.
