I just want to say good job to the person who created interior, everything was beyond perfect. Moraitika is not the best place to stay (if you want to do evening walks etc) but I'm sure this is the best apartment to stay in Moraitika.

Nikos and vivi are very lovely people. Vivi speaks some English and you can communicate with her here easily. She's a sweetheart! Nikos is also very kind and helpful. The studio is spacious with all the basic amenities, including a mini kitchen for some light cooking/prep. There's also an espresso machine that comes in handy for breakfast at home. The decor is very cutesy too. There's a balcony overlooking the gorgeous olive trees. It's a very peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing holiday. There are even a few friendly cats - super cute. Loved all the beautiful plants surrounding the building. The beach is just about a 5-10 minute walk from here. There are also a number of restaurants and 2 mini markets along the way. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, unwind, and be with nature. 100% loved it! Efcharisto parapoli!

Very good location - super close to the beach. The accommodation was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the door and window mosquito nets. We had a wonderful stay thanks to Eftichis and his lovely family. They were incredibly friendly and did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly made our vacation perfect. We’re very grateful for their kindness and would love to return one day. Highly recommended!

So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.

    Our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was as shown in the photos. Mr. Vlassis and his mother were exceptional hosts, assisting us with everything we needed, including arranging a rental car and ordering a taxi for our departure. The apartments were spotless and cleaned every two days, with fresh sheets and towels provided regularly. The location was great, just a five-minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation!

    The seafront view from our balcony at the top floor was very beautiful, we enjoyed it so much! The apartment was equipped with the essential stuff for a couple, we were very satisfied with our stay. Aaron is a fantastic host and was super helpful throughout our stay; he helped us with the transfers from/to the airport and provided a lot of suggestions for restaurants/places to visit etc. I would highly recommend the Eden Sea view studios!

    Cozy and nice apartment with spacious balcony where we really enjoyed our evenings and sunsets. Owner was super friendly, even our late arrival was not a problem for him. Parking is available at the property. Close to the studios there is small town, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Thanks for having us!

    Great location, right on the beach. The Penthouse apartment has phenomenal views and a decent amount of privacy to enjoy eating outside or sunning if you want. The property is situated within easy walking distance to the village but is removed from the tourist crowd. In the village there are supermarkets, many restaurants, bars and a bakery. Anna and Nick are great hosts, they responded quickly to requests and made us feel really welcome. All in all a fabulous place to stay.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Vlassis studios. The owner was very attentive to the guests, the apartment has everything you need for a stay. They have a small but excellent kitchen where we baked fish and Greek pie. The hotel has free parking. We traveled by car, so we had no problems with access to sights, the city and the airport. We walked to the beach, taverns and a supermarket. A beautiful view of the sea pleased our eyes for breakfast, and we looked at the mountains when we had dinner.
