The location is incredibly central, near all the nice restaurants and bars in Ladadika and the port area. The apartment felt fresh and almost new, built from good quality materials. Another pro is the efficient flat layout; it appears more spacious than expected. Also good bathroom, with solid shower cabin and good ventilation. The flat managers were very kind and responsive throughout the stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. There wasn't a buffet breakfast, but the staff asked at the entrance if there were any dietary requirements (diabetic, vegetarian, etc.) and adjusted the breakfast accordingly. Furthermore, breakfast included fresh orange juice, yogurt with chocolate chips and oatmeal, and, depending on the day, a sandwich, croissant, or something else. The food was delicious, and the hotel also offers a gym and a very cozy place to relax on the terrace. I highly recommend it.

Straight at the arrival I was greated by two very nice and calming staff members, which is super important after a ride with a car in the city. Everything got explained fast but not impersonal. The parking is for Thessaloniki next door and super practical. One of my personal highlights for sure was a handwritten welcome note on the desk. Coffee and Tea are Free of charge. Price value are more than amazing since the walk to the sea and the famous white tower is less than five minutes. Looking so much forward to come back for a weekend gateway. Thanks guys for the amazing experience.

Hard wood floors, everything clean, my phone charger fell behind the night stand and I had to move that to get it and there was no dust whatsoever which shows that they clean even the unused corners. Looks and feels good quality, the blanket which was suitable for the december month.

    The studio is perfect for a couple for a short stay who like to eat out for lunch and dinner as there isn’t an actual kitchen. However, I find it great that you can prepare a breakfast or some quick meal as there is a microwave, fridge, and utensils. There is no noise from the outside even though the apartments are in a building located on a busy street. There is a parked lot nearby for 14€ per night and the hosts were kind enough to provide us with the information when we texted in advance that we need to park our car somewhere.

    Great small studio apartment, equipped with all amenities you would need for a short stay, or even a longer one. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was great. The place is walking distance to the city center and o at the edge of Ano Poli (the old city). Konstantinos was an awesome host, always available and very helpful.

    The apartment is good for a short stay, after a late or before an early flight from Thessaloniki Airport. It is a few min walk from the bus stop and near car rental facilities. Communication with the host was good, and it was possible to collect the keys at late hours. It has an interesting decoration and is comfortable enough, but it felt it needed a thorough cleaning and the bathroom needs some work. Overall OK.

    Very nice studio apartment with all necessary appliances. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. We did not used all the facilities as it was a rather short stay but it has everything you need, and very close to where all the action happens!

    Excellent location. Very friendly host who was contactable via email and responding promptly. The flat was the cleanest rental apartment I've been too. Absolutely spotless, smelling lovely. The host thought throughout little things a guest might need like water to drink or shampoo which was very kind.

    The studio flat is perfectly located in the heart of the city. It is on the 8th floor so it is really quiet and bright with a lovely view. It has everything you will need for a short stay. If you have a car you will be offered a discount at the parking nearby. Apostolis the ower was always available and very polite and accomodating. Overall, it is a great value for money.
