A lovely apartment with a lot of space both inside and out. The inside has a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a single bed, and with its own reasonable size front terrace and access to the rear terrace. The living room is very spacious. It has a table and four chairs and a sofa, which is also a large double bed. There is also a very well equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge freezer. The living room also has its own front terrace with with table and chairs, and aaccess to the extremely large enclosed and private back terrace with another, larger table and chairs, and a very comfortable outdoor sofa as well as a gas grill and clothes airer for drying things. The location was great, very tranquil, and less than a minute to walk the beach, which is pebbles, and where the views are wonderful and there is a nice little beach bar restaurant where the food was nice. The parking wasn't right at the front door but was very close, about 15 - 20 metres. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure we had a special stay. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the town centre and the beach. Both the pool and the whirlpool were clean and heated. Overall, we had a great time.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Bed large and comfortable. Bathroom decent size with great water pressure and hot. Outdoor table and chairs. Parking off the street in the driveway. We booked last minute and the owner was so kind, allowing us to use the apartment even when he was still cleaning. Short drive to the beach and local restaurants.

A Heartwarming Stay in Klenovica – Unforgettable Hospitality I have travelled extensively across the world, but I have never experienced such genuinely warm and heartfelt hospitality as we received from Zvjezdana Fejes and her daughter Lidia at their beautiful seaside villa in Klenovica. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with two bowls brimming with ripe cherries and grapes, along with a bottle of excellent wine — a gesture that immediately made us feel at home. Upon learning that two of our mothers were celebrating their birthdays during our stay, Zvjezdana surprised us with a homemade, absolutely delicious tiramisu and a spectacular lemon cake. We were also treated to a cheese board and juicy watermelon — such kindness and generosity that truly touched us. Both ladies are elegant, gracious, always smiling, and full of warmth — a perfect combination of class and charm. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and exceptionally well-equipped, with thoughtful attention to every detail: * monogrammed towels and bed linen * neatly ironed tablecloths * kitchen towels * scented candles and anti-mosquito candles * plug-in repellents and window screens * excellent air conditioning * a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee * high water pressure in the bathroom, with a bidet * a spacious and comfortable terrace with a large table, parasol, chairs, and sun loungers — all overlooking a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. The beach is just about 200 metres downhill. The town itself is peaceful and quiet, featuring a small marina, a charming church, and three stony beaches (with toilets), including one designated for dog owners. There are also several restaurants and bars, as well as a bakery and café nearby. We are truly grateful to our lovely hosts for making this stay so special. As many others wrote, Angela and Armin are two angels. They really take good care of the house and of course also of you. We definitely come back - we cant wait to see you soon! Ps.: the kitchen even has an induction stove - they also supply basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, etc.
