Immediately from the point of booking the apartment, the owner, Mr Biju was in contact with me. He guided me through the entire process of accessing the apartment even prior to my arrival in Kochi. His constant communication with me was very reassuring and made my stay extremely pleasant and stress free. The apartment itself was of an excellent standard. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and was conveniently located. I highly recommend this apartment to people who have business, medical matters, academic reasons to be in Kochi or who simply want to tour the city. I will certainly consider staying at this apartment on my return to Kochi.
