Since we flew home the next day we decided not to stay in Palermo but somewhere closer to the airport. Was one of the best decisions, since not only the host was extremely nice and friendly, the apartment was great and in the surrounding there are also a lot of (way cheaper than in Palermo, but not less delicious) restaurants etc. In fact, if you want to experience a little more authentic-non touristic Sicily, this might also be worth a thought. Parking place was easy in front of the apartment, we had 2 separate sleeping rooms and it was very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the terrace very much. We also had no issue with airplanes - there are just some cats around having a dispute, but nothing we were bothered of. I definitely would come back here and recommend every one of my friends when they have already been in Palermo and fly home the next day.

Very service mindet owner. Edi picked us up in Mondello when the bus did a wrong turn and didn’t follow the original route. The apartment had everything we needed and even more as 2 small electric scooters were available for use. That made it really easy to explore and go to the beaches and around. On our last day Edi even offered to drive us to the bus station but ended driving us right to our new hotel. We highly recommend Mondello’s pearl. A true hidden gem.

The owner is very nice and helpful. The apartment is situated in a nice and safe part of town. At least in the springtime when the tourist season didn't really start yet, it's very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very spacious, with a really nice balcony and sea view, from where you can enjoy a quiet evening.

Super comfortable apartment for the big family. Location is perfect, close to highway and not too far from the city center. Nearby you have bakery, supermarket Coop, several restaurants, golf club and Palermo stadium. We visited the first game of Palermo team in the season, it was amazing. Kitchen is full equipment. Coffee machine is perfect. Nice WiFi. Everything is new and well maintained. The service from the owners was perfect. They put the soul into their business. I would advise that place to everyone.

    The apartment is really nice and cozy. You will find everything you need here. Its located very close to a supermarket, bakery, restaurant or pastry shop where you can taste delicious ice cream. The apartment is not so far from train station or the beach where we walked every day with our 5-years-old child. And I can't forget Mari - a really nice, friendly and helpful person. She is amazing! I recommend this beautiful place and can't wait to stay here again!

    10 is not enough to describe the hospitality of the hosts. Francesco discreetly helped us in every situation and suggested interesting places to see. very clean and comfortable apartment, close to the beach, shops and pizzerias.

    Salvo is a great host and received us with a very warm welcome. The apartment was clean and just as described. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for our one night stay before flying out. It is only about 15 minutes drive from the airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight.
