The location is great! The host is amazing. She is really helpful and friendly. We got the warmly welcome and very impressed. The rooms are nice . We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, located right in the heart of Como's old town. The location couldn't have been better – tucked away on one of the charming, narrow streets, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The apartment felt brand new – spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and as a lovely surprise, a bottle of cava was waiting for us in the fridge. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, but with so many great eateries, gelaterias, and cozy spots nearby, there’s always something delicious just around the corner. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The rental flat was very nice, extremely clean and in a quiet location which meant no noise at night so you could get a good nights sleep. A large supermarket is just a 10 minute drive away with the small town of Cernobbio only 15 minutes away.

The apartment indeed had a lot of daylight. That's about it when it comes to things I liked. Maybe for those who will have the misfortune of staying in this apartment during colder times of the year, it will be a better experience, but staying there in early September was a very unpleasant experience.

Everything was amazing. The house is very bright, clean and comfortable. The parking is close to the house. It’s very close to the Lake Como (10 min by car) The view from the window is gorgeous. I strongly recommend this apartment. We will come back again for sure. The attitude is very good, everything was explained in details. Just super variant 👍
