**Excellent Apartment ** I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is fully equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils, making cooking a breeze. **Bathroom:** The bathroom was impeccably clean and came with fresh towels, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, and a variety of toiletries. **Living Room:** The living room features a large smart TV, a comfortable couch, and a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxation. **Bedroom:** The bedroom includes a spacious bed with three pillows and another smart TV, ensuring a cozy and entertaining environment. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, enhancing my experience in Milan. Dario, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance that made my stay truly perfect. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Milan!

Everything was perfect. The room is big, clean, confy, perfect. The view is "big city life", what i love,the bed was confortable, the pilows also, a lot of amenities in the bathroom, i slept perfect 9h. We left the car at "parcheggio matteotti", and just around the corner is the residence, super easy to find. And you look down and you see the back of the Duomo, we walk everywhere, it was super nice. The staff was helpfull and really nice, i loved it, and i recomend to everyone. Next time in milano i will go there 😉

Cristina was an excellent host. The staff were very professional and helpful. Check in process was very straightforward, and the city tax was paid upfront as expected. Some negative reviews complained about this, but it was communicated up front, and as with all Italian cities there is a tourist tax. As some people leave early and do not pay their taxes like they should, it makes sense for the owner to ask for the money at check-in. We did not have a problem with this. Cristina provided some local restaurant and Co-op links via Whatsapp which were incredibly useful – the Express is only a block away and well-priced to stock up on a few things like bread and milk. The refrigerator with a freezer unit was amazing and kept everything really cold. The room was exactly as shown, quite spacious and walls with cheeky Mona Lisa pictures. Some reviews found them a bit worrisome but we thought they were playful! Dual air-conditioners helped us keep cool/warm as required. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. The bed was very comfortable and Cristina ensured additional pillows were provided when we requested them. There were plenty of power points including one either side of the bed (another reviewer said there were none but we found them!) - and also plenty in the sitting room as well. Shower was great and the daily replacement of towels was greatly appreciated. Local transport via Tram and Metro was within a 3-5 minute walk and with a 3-day ticket very affordable and an easy way to get around the city. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again should we be lucky enough to return to Milan.

We stayed here for one night with our child and had a good rest. Beds are very comfy, and no noise from the street. The apartment was spacious, with mini-kitchen and sofa for our child. There are a lot of cafeterias, pizzerias and restaurants close to the building. Also public transport stops are very close to the apartment. Personal of the hotel was very nice, gave us a lot of recommendations about places nearby and best locations in Milano. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

    The apartment was great. Everything was clean and comfortable to use. The host is amazing. The accommodation is really spacious and we really liked the balcony. The location is the only weak point - it’s not that near to the city centre, but the neighbourhood is really quiet and you get to see how normal people in Milan live. Great value for the money. We really enjoyed our stay.

    A lot free parking places in the block. 20 minutes to the center of Milano. The host was so kind and quickly answer the questions. Kitchen is full equipped for family staying. WiFi is fast. The apartment is cozy and clean. Ideal place for the family vacation in Milano!

    The owner of the place was easy to contact and responded conveniently at all times. The apartment is perfect for a family since have 2 separate rooms. Everything was clean, air conditioner was perfect for this time of the year and bathroom was totally renovated. We really enjoyed our stay.

The host gave us all the facilities from before arrival (I was in contact with him a few days before, he informed us how to get to the apartment and he was very punctual to give us the keys).
