Everything was perfect. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment. Nice, tidy garden. Everything was clean. Parking right next to the entrance of the apartment. I recommend the accommodation and Roberta to everyone. Great place if you are looking for accommodation in the area. We would go back anytime.

This is an absolutely gorgeous spot. the hostel us with key, gave us a quick run down (cause we were in a hurry to get to visit our aunt in Conegliano), and we were given all the privacy we seek when travelling. Oh…the view! spectacular - right at the base of the mountains. my husband used the opportunity to capture fabulous drone footage.

I stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The personnel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the location couldn’t have been better; close to everything I needed. Highly recommend!

The Hosts speaks many languages and perfectly. Communication to gain access is quick and simple. Very Important. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It’s dressed tastefully and classically with that very Italian but very modern feel. Plenty of parking. Private garden with seating area and table. Local shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We travelled as friends in cars and the family recommended some amazing roads and local knowledge and even helped repair a problem with a car supplying both expert knowledge, tools and spares. We arrived as GUESTS AND LEFT AS FRIENDS. Beautiful family. You really MUST consider staying at this apartment. The family area credit to Booking.com and a credit to being Italian. Wonderful People

Perfect off grid location! The property is located in a quaint little town close to a couple of trails and other bigger towns. The house is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to used it. Communication and check in with the host was smooth.

    I liked absolutely everything about our stay at Roby’s place. Not only because the place is easily accessible and well situated (Follina is strategically positioned for day trips to many other locations), but the apartment is cozy, well equipped and features an amazing panoramic view from the front garden. Roby has been a fantastic host, and I can’t recommend her/her place enough, absolutely love it and if I’m ever staying in Follina again will definitely try to book my stay there!

    We loved our stay here at Casa Roby. The location is great to stay for a few days in order to explore the Prosecco region on day trips. The host was very nice and helpful with warm hospitality. The Apartment is new, was extremely spacious, comfortable, with good amenities with lovely private terrace and shady area with table. The beds were very comfortable. We reccomend this accommodation for anyone who is visiting Prosecco region and looking for nice, quiet setting.
