Very good location, had run in the morning around apple trees, amazing. On top I asked suggestions and the host was very kind to share, so we had a good time walking in the forest not far from the house. House is brand new renovated, really enjoied my stay.

We had a very lovely stay here. Central location and easy walkable from the wineries and restaurants. The garage for the auto and bikes is in the basement, so very relaxing. Spotlessly clean, silent and full of light with an amazing view all around. We also enjoyed the two equipped terraces for having a romantic sunset light drink. Marion was very accommodating. The apartment is a great spot to stay if you are in Kaltern and want to fully enjoy it.

I liked that it is a family business and the effort put in is amazing. The view is super exceptional. And the kitchen all equiped, even sugar,s alt, coffee. And surroundings are pure raw nature.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay over the New Year. Everything about the experience was perfect – from the stunning location surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards, with breathtaking views of distant mountains, to the well-thought-out amenities. The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Our hosts, Vera and Christoph, were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Lots of attention to making out stay comfortable! Extremely equipped for our toddler - books, toys, highchair, towel, crib. Very cozy and clean. Kitchen was well equipped as well, only thing missing was a broom to clean the floor after meals.

We stayed at Apartment Perwanger for 7 nights with our family of five, and it was an excellent experience. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable heating that made our stay even cozier. All toiletries were provided, and there were plenty of towels for everyone, which was a thoughtful touch. Manuela, the host, was delightful and greeted us warmly upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The location of the apartment is unbeatable—right in the heart of the village, with restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. On Tuesday, we even had the pleasure of watching a vibrant vegetable market from our windows, which added a special charm to our stay.
