Fransisco was the best host you could ever wish for!!! He helped with everything, answerd every question you may have! Organazed everything so good! If you want to book a room outside Palermo and close to the beautiful Mondello Beach. This hotel is great. 5-10 min walk to it. The garden was beautiful. My family of 5 stayed at 3 places on Sicily (Taormina, Mondello, and Cefalu) and this place was absolutley the best! Don’t hesitate! :D

We stayed for a week, as a family with a small baby. We really appreciated how spacious the flat is and the sea view from all rooms, and attention to detail in equipment (e.g., how nicely the cot was prepared, kitchen equipment, laundry room, chair in the bathroom, etc.), stayed in Scirocco. We are grateful that we were allowed a late check-out, great and kind staff that quickly replied to all requests we had, and arranged our transfer to Cefalu (thank you Claudio!). Location was good for going to the beach, and supermarket and pharmacy close-by. We appreciated how quiet it was. Happy to recommend.

The place is very spacious, equipped with everything you need for a vacation. It so close to the beach that you can go few times in a day which was very convenient for us because we have a baby. Terrace is amazing! The biggest plus of this property is its owner. He is a kind of person that you would like to have as friend. i don't usually leave comments but after a stay at Maria's apartment i must say that was an incredible experience 😊 the hospitality we received was amazing 🤩 and the owner is super friendly.i could not recommend more. she even offered us a lift to palermo but we had stayed there already so we didn't take it. anyway her kindness is just unreal and i definitely will come back again. on the top of the terrace we had our own private jacuzzi with a beautiful mountains view which is a bonus too.

I and my family liked a lot this apartament whiich îs located in a very queit neighborhood with the acces to a tiny but very nice terrace. We have not been bothered by anyone. The owner Renata îs very discret, but also very concerned about the guests' confort. We enjoyed the very good taste for the design of this apartament with very beautiful sicilian items. We liked also the kitchen where we have found all the tools we needed to prepare a quick and healthy meal during our more lazy days for walking.

The owner was really hospitable. He gave us transfer from and to the aiport at a very reasonable price, despite the late hour of our arrival. As a gift, he also brought us to Monreale and Cefalu (two important towns to see in the neighbourhood) during our stay. The apartment is spacious, more than enough for 2 people.
