Very central location, close to the city center. Nice and clean house, but nothing special. No breacfast inclided in our arrangement, but there is a nice cafe in the basement - no noice/disturbance but good coffee and croassain are available in early morning) Flat is not super modern, but big, well arranged, very clean, well equiped and very comfortable. Beds are especially comfortable. Fairly modern and clean bathroom. Nice view to the neigborhood. Very well managed, flexible arrangements with the owner. Owner is helped us to find a parking place near by - but it should not be a problem in any way...He is also providing useful informationa about the city itself.

    Extremely friendly and helpful host was waiting for us on arrival. He arranged ice and cold white wines to be delivered to us that evening as we didn't have time to shop. It was wonderful to arrive at holiday accommodation without complex pin/codes, which has proved disastrous on this trip. Old fashioned courtesy and human hosts is becoming a thing of tge past and after the experience in Franco's glorious, comfy and homely (spacious) apartments, we will in future, stick to this style of property when choosing holiday accommodation.

    The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Franco kindly provided milk, coffee pods, some fruit and a few other items to make out stay more enjoyable. The BnB is located in a beautiful area view spectacular views of some of the mountains in the Monti Sibellini range. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed having a drink in the lovely garden area after a long day trekking in the mountains.
