Geanina Maria was very attentative and always joinable, and at the same time she respected my privacy perfectely. So I felt like it ifs my home. She prepared lots of details very nicely, from a variaty of cookies, coffies, teas, to the things in the bathroom that one might forget to bring along.

Beautiful authentic accommodation with a warm welcome from Salvatore. A five minute walk from. Parking the car outside the wall, slight uphill but easy enough with mid size luggage. The terrace apartment at the top was spacious and comfortable with epic views, but if you can't/ dont climb steep stairs then be warned...this is medieval Itay and steep steps are all part of the charm! To get the views you have to climb! The Deluxe apartment was a few steps down from street level and also charming. Super comfy beds and pillows and great bathrooms. Thanks Salvatore, loved it!

We knew before we arrived where Time house was situated.. You really are in the middle of a true Italian village.. Next door to the beautiful church St Erasmo 5 minute walk from portanova where the village comes alive... The people are friendly, helpful... Some great places to eat... Very easy to get the bus to Sermonetta scala and the train into Rome..or Milan.. Bassiano is famous for their cured ham...along with the locally baked bread is worth the visit.alone.. Call in with Arbano and Amelia for a warm welcome and cold beer, along with Prosecco... Enjoy this wonderful place in the Lepini Mountains..

    A clean and tidy apartment, quiet in a beautiful town, I arrived by chance, it was not what I was looking for, but many times you find places like this by chance. Another great thing was the host, very helpful and friendly. I travel a lot and rarely rate my stay, this one deserves it. In the surroundings there are many things to see, and being in the middle of a hill it has a magnificent view

    This flat isn't only special for its views but also for its design. Very tasteful and it's littleness has a great room quality (sadly saying an exception) The owner helped me a lot, although not on place! I'm very grateful.
