Great place and fantastic host. We were warmly welcomed and given with all kind of extremely useful instructions regarding the place and its location. It is situated very close to the amazing center of Perugia, however it may not look like at the first glance. The hint is to use stairs to walk inside the city. Perfect parking lot is available which is very useful and unique in crowded Italian cities. You may park your car safely with constant access the the car. And all that 500 meters from Perugia Fortress. Strongly recommended!

Apartment is located in the heart of Perugia, just a minute away from the cathedral. Despite being in the city center, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and beyond. The host was thinking about every little detail (from ladies kit in the bathroom, to washing detergent for clothes, portable steam iron, hair straightener, you name it). We especially appreciated little bathroom gift for our child as well as that the host provided us with both baby chair, Netflix Kids and detailed instructions on whereabouts taking into consideration we have a small child. Breakfast included in the price in nearby local was amazing (great panini sandwich and wide selection of croissants and sweets). Both the apartment and the host Debora made our stay in exquisite Perugia even more magical.

Excellent location (could not imagine better one), communication with the owner very good and precize - so reaching the appartment was truely easy. The appartment itself cozy and clean with all the amenities you could need. It was smaller than expected, but for 2 people is absolutely suitable!

I was so happy to meet Paolo and his apartment; it was incredibly helpful for my trip! Paolo is incredibly warm and welcoming! He always responded promptly to any questions I had and offered his unconditional assistance. The apartment's location is fantastic! It's only a ten-minute drive from the train station, and there are supermarkets and other shops nearby. It's the largest apartment I've ever stayed in, and it's incredibly clean and well-equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. You can tell Paolo takes great care of this apartment. If I were to return to Perugia, I would definitely stay here.

    The place is run by a family and they places lots of free goodies in the apartment (food & drinks). The entire family was very kind and sweet. The apartment has a view on Perugia which is very nice. The location was perfect for me since I attended a wedding in Pila. The place is clean and has everything one needs. They have two friendly dogs on the property.
