We absolutely loved this place! Well situated, with a few fancy restaurants nearby, and so so lovely, cozy and perfectly clean, providing everything you need and even some extras. No problem with parking, and a key-box, which we appriciated due to our delay because of a traffic jam. We definitely reccomend this one💜

This apartment has a view of the small town of Pontedera that will take your breath away! 180 degrees of vista that include the confluence of the Arno and the Era rivers to the East...and the rooftops of the town itself to the West. It is literally the tallest building in town...except for the bell tower of the Cathedral. Being far above the streets and with sound-proofed windows, the apartment is also exceptionally noise-free. If you are looking to truly getting to know what's like to LIVE in Tuscany, this ethnically diverse and working town (Fabulous Piaggio Factory and Museum of Historic motor cycles and Vespas) will deliver everything you're hoping for. Add to that the kindness and willingness to facilitate your stay of the owners, THIS APARTMENT IS IT. If you're looking only to see the typical tourist sights, then join the crowds in all the other big cities. If you're looking to truly experience LIFE IN TUSCANY, once again, this is the place. Extremely welcoming, friendly and ready to help owners, felt like we lived in a villa. A beautiful place to stay, modern and equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the bathroom with a dishwasher, from the air conditioner, wifi, television to lounger on the terrace. The kitchen is filled for breakfast - cornflakes, coffee, tea, jam, butter, yogurt, including drinks and dishes, everything is at hand. The location is great, near the highway and it's easy to get to cities like Pisa or Florence. Comfortable and private parking spot on the property, fully fenced in. If you're doing a trip or spending your holidays with your car around Tuscany - i can only suggest you this place. I put 10 points, just because there's no option to give 10+.

This was simply the best place we’ve ever stayed! The hosts were the sweetest we’ve ever met — so welcoming, kind, and attentive. The accommodation was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located. Breakfast was an absolute highlight: delicious, beautifully prepared, and made with so much care. She even made us a fresh omelette, which we absolutely loved! Honestly, it was far better than any 5-star hotel experience. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we would recommend it without hesitation!

Large apartment with very good amenities, sheets and towels very clean, free car park just by the flat, nice terrace. Very good for a quick sleep over before the flight from Pisa airport. Good pizza place just round the corner until 3 AM and Lidl shop 900m away.

    It is super secure, even though the building is a bit old it seems the apartment has been recently renovated so it is quite comfortable. The apartment is huge. The host is great, always helpful, attentive and replies incredibly fast.

    This accommodation was perfectly situated. We had a car, and parking (on the street and paid) was available. Pontedera was an easy train trip to both Pisa and Florence. The apartment was clean and very modern and had everything we needed. Also, we felt very safe and secure.
