What a great, no amazing! Stay we had! We didn't get to meet our host, but we were able to reach him anytime by Phone. You can ask him anything and it's never a problem 😊 We wanted to know where to get a great cake for the birthday of our daugther, well the cake was amazing but it also became our everyday breakfast place haha. The house was big, clean and had an amazing patio with jacuzzi 😍 Also the location was great, there are lots of things to visit in the neighbourhood but it's secluded enough to have silence when wanted. Once again THANK YOU GUIDO! For our great stay and all you're help. We'll absolutely come back here when we go to Italy again ❤️

Very nice appartament, Fully equiped with everything you need, with a generous balcony from where you can admire the sea. A supermarket în the rezidențial complex. An aweasome beach îs 5min walking (200m). The historic City îs a bit further aprox 5-7min by car. Beautifull experience!

Honestly we had no idea what to expect becomes this apartment had no opinions, it was new on booking. On the pictures it looked way worse. What intrigued us were two huge seahorses on the walls. But as we stepped in we were mesmerized by the beauty and cozy design of the Casa Fondaco. A very nice italian lady welcomed us and gave us keys, although she barely spoke english. The location is wonderful- just in the middle of old town and 5 minutes away from the beach. The apartment was very well equipped. There were: clean towels, soap and shampoo, very advanced kitchen with all you could need yo cook or bake. (Even with oven and toaster) The space is very well designed. It’s comfortable because the living room and the bedroom is divided by a porch with a view on the sky. Every inch of the apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The was air conditioning but as we were in June we didn’t need it although it was very hot outside. We slept there for two night but we believe it would be no problem to spend even two weeks in this house.

A wonderful stay – great location, very cozy and authentic. The apartment has been recently renovated, and it may look a bit more modest in the photos than it is in reality. Everything is very, very cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a short or long stay. Just 7–10 minutes to free parking, and right in the city center. The hosts are helpful. A very quiet location.
