The room is quite large, very cosy and has everything that we needed. The house is a renovated stone house and it’s beautiful. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Andrea’s father was waiting for us at the nearby parking and showed us the house. He was very polite and welcoming. It was raining the next day of our stay so he suggested we take one of the umbrellas that he has. Dongo is not that touristic so the town wasn’t noisy and sleeping there was great. You can hear the italians going about their work in the morning which also adds to the romantic side of the trip. Also the fact that the house is made of stone and the town is situated in the mountain brings lower temperatures throughout the evening and that makes being there in the summer so much better.

Very good location at the Alps. We wanted a place in the small village where we could go hiking and Casa Bat was the best choice for our needs. The weathers were quite cold but the apartment was warm, cosy and tidy after the long day outdoors. There was a well equipped kitchen in the apartment and it was a perfect thing because we made our own dinners. The hostess was really nice and we chatted like old friends 😊🙏🏼

Very clean and modern. A spacious apartment with loads of storage space and one of the most dog friendly places we have ever stayed. There is no outside space for the dogs in the apartment block but the edge of the lake and a small dog friendly area is only 200 paces away. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Very good location, so beautiful. Gravedona's idyllic lakeside couple of steps away. Easy check-in and out. Very friendly host Melissa. Thank you, I hope we will see again. Families traveling with strollers; there are some steps where you have to carry the strollers, if you want to go to the lake. This didn't bother us at all.

Thé appartement was spacious & we were able to walk our dog in the grounds. The grounds were quite large, but as we went there out is season there was only one other appartement in use. I would like to personally thank the owner. The lady was marvellous, explaining where we could visit & the best roads to take. Thank you so much. I will definitely return.

    The view from balcony is stunning! It was lovely to get homemade pie, bread, jam, milk and yougurt at the arrival day. We stayed here friday-monday. There is a restaurant downstairs which works friday to sunday, unfortunately we didn't had a chance to eat there but if people come such a difficult way up here, I think it's worth it. The apartment itself was really clean and had everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. There was a lovely, friendly dog.

    Owner was very nice. Apartments were very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Location was perfect with great view. Also perfect location to plan trips to other famous villages around the lake or to Tirano where we took Bernina Express to Switzerland. All was great!

    The Check-in worked smoothly. The apartments are very clean and well equippted (dishwasher, gas cooker, large fridge, ect.). The terraces/balconies are also very large and offer enough space for a pleasant breakfast or dinner. The pizzeria is just 10m away has excellent Pizzas to dine-in or take-away. The pool was very clean as well and did not smell of chlorine as often the case. The check-out was very uncomplicated. All in all perfect to stay at.

    The apartment is really unique in style and so lovingly prepared. It is top equipped and really has everything your heart desires, especially the kitchen. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful and also on site, so you can always reach them. There is a parking lot nearby, so you do not have to walk long distances with your luggage. The apartment is located on a hill directly above the comer lake and the view is wonderful.
