It is approx. 12 min. walk from Lolli train station which you can reach directly from airport or from Palermo Centrale station. Also, It is about 17 minutes walking distance from the city center. Neighbourhood was pretty nice, silent and peaceful. The place was really clean. I think it was also recently renovated. For this reason, the shower, tiles, walls, cabinets were immaculate. The host is very kind and helpful. The low number of reviews made me a little nervous at first, but I never regretted it.

This lovely little apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable with everything you need with lightning fast internet and a good location. The owner Lorenzo gave us so many tips and information on where to go and what to do around the city and even greeted us upon arrival personally to make sure we got settled ok with some very generous gifts and warm hospitality. We simply cannot recommend this place enough! Grazie Lorenzo 🙏

Mrs Floriana greeted me with a smile as I walked into the first-floor maisonette, she described it best - "An oasis in the city". I felt myself calm down and instantly felt welcomed and at home. It is a beautiful, modern, well-kept home. Everything seems brand new and I was genuinely impressed at how clean it was!! Very good water pressure in the shower room. Very strong Wi-Fi included. Close to many amenities, including buses and coffee shops. Mrs Floriana allowed me to check in an hour earlier at no extra cost, and before she left, asked if there was anything else I needed, such as extra towels.

    The apartment is located in nice quiet area, surrounded by garden of olive trees. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities. Our apartment had a little balcony facing to the backyard, where we had breakfast every morning. The owner Giuseppe is very friendly and willing to help you in any thing you need about sightseeing and good restaurants for locals.

    What the basement accommodation lacked in size and comfort was more than compensated for by passion and friendliness of the owners. They were very communicative with helpful and clear instructions. They were welcoming and friendly when we finally met and tolerant of our lack of communication due to phone troubles. Treats (wine, fruit etc...) waiting in the studio were a lovely gesture and the comprehensive chat regarding local facilities went a long way in ensuring our stay was a very pleasant one.

    Patricia&Franco are super nice hosts:) the house is spacious, everything works well + you have your own parking lot, which is great. Otherwise the village is perfect to experience authentic italian life. Highly recommend Casa Vacanza Cipriano apartment
