The property was very clean, with a spectacular view from the garden and close to the city center. Giles was very nice, he helped us to check-in earlier (we were in a hurry because of an appointment and we needed to dress up). Unusually for Como lake, it was very hot the days we here there and Giles brought us a second ventilator without asking. Also, the communication was very good on WhatsApp, he responded very quickly, and sent us tips with restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment. I will recommend the apartment to my friends! Thank you for your hospitality!

Klod was an absolutely wonderful host. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got to the hotel ok by picking us up from our previous accommodation and dropping us off at the ferry port when we needed to get back. He gave us some great tips for the area, which is lovely and peaceful compared to the main town. There is a shortcut to the centre of town which is a 12-15minute walk, however after staying there the first two nights we were more than happy to explore the restaurants around the accommodation. There are some lovely places including a very reasonably priced pub and a restaurant with a beautiful view. There is also a very private beach a short walk from the room which was a great bonus! The cabin itself is so charming and has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you Klod :)

This place is fantastic—just a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Bellagio. It’s peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained. I can't say enough good things about Magnolia. Simona was in constant communication with us from booking to arrival - she gave us ideas of what to do around town, helped to arrange transportation, and was available to answer any questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and cozy - it had everything we needed! The property grounds were so dreamy - filled with roses and so many little nooks to explore. The pool was the icing on the cake. Located right across the street from the water, we were in the perfect walkable location to explore Lenno. Would 100% recommend.

The couples who managed the place were the most helpful people I have ever come across. The place was breathtaking, it felt home away from home. We had a spectacular view over the mountain, overall a peaceful environment. The place had everything one needed, very fresh and clean. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.
