Very well maintained and managed property, the staff is very responsive and kind! The guests are well taken care of, upon our arrival they left us wine and drinks at our table as a compliment. Overall the apartment is very good with a beautiful terrace and comfortable beds. The location is also very good and is 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. There is a Coop supermarket nearby.

Newly renovated rooms were spacious by Venetian standards, and spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Situated in a quiet canal-side residential area about 15 minutes walk from main train station. Very helpful staff, who even managed to find us a water taxi at short-notice for an urgent airport trip.

I have to say that Palazzo Dei Fiori was one of the best parts of our trip. After a long and tiring day in the city, it was so comforting to know that there’s a safe and amazing place waiting for us for the night. The kitchen space was much appreciated too, as we made our breakfast ourselves every morning. The closest supermarket was only about 7min walk. In fact, everything was very close by, yet the location of the hotel was extremely quiet:) Big thanks to all the staff and especially Valentina! You all made everything so easy for us❤️. I would definitely choose this place if I ever had the opportunity in the future. As per our messaging: “Not up than 30 Years old 🤣🤣” (inside joke lol)

The property is very close to the plazza Roma parking lot, about 8 mins walk. And it is inside the old town. The old lady who was waiting me and explained everything to me was super friendly! And the apartment is super clean too! We can leave our luggage until 2pm even after we checkout the apartment!

The place was amazing. A small garden at the entrance gave you the feeling of a cozy place. The stairs are large enough to carry the luggage. The apartment was huge and spotless. He had 2 bedrooms, each with its bathroom. The kitchen had all the supplies you needed to cook breakfast; it had a nice view of the canal. Very warm and nicely decorated. Everything was functional and we felt very well inside. Sleeping was amazing with very comfy beds and pillows.

    DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! I booked this property because of the view and lovely rustic features, on the day I landed I received a message to inform me that this property was unavailable and he had arranged for a separate apartment. This was a studio flat which was tiny and had no views. There was no hot water for 24 hours and it was dark and dingy. I was promised a refund and then he stopped replying to me.

    Adriana was the perfect host. We booked last minute and she accomodated this perfectly. The apartment could not have been better positioned just off the Grand Canal. The entrance way is stunning and flat very comfortable. Adriana made the whole experience simple and easy and we loved our short stay in beautiful Venice! We will definitely try to get back in January next year.

    Perfect location in the heart of everything and right by the Ca D Oro boat stop. Access was easy and Carlos (owner) really helpful and communicative (through Whatsapp which was the app of choice for all our trip with hotels and car rental etc). Apartment really clean, great rooms and views. Nice well maintained kitchen for self catering. Couple of decent bars close by and a few restaurants.
