House, veiws, it was immaculately clean, comfortable bed, quality bedding, tv in all rooms,jet shower, the host was available anytime i had a question. The perfect spot 👌🏽

Mrs. Gordon and her husband were very kind and hospitable and their property exceeded my expectations of what I look for in a place to stay when traveling abroad. Anytime I return to the Montego Bay Area, they will be my first option.

The location was convenient with easy access to the beach. Apartment was well appointed and host very responsive

Customer services was excellent, Christopher was a great person to us. The view of the beach plus I felt very safe. Literally, two minutes walk to the beach, I had an amazing time and my family equally enjoyed our time there.

Everything was fantastic, from the moment I booked the commutation was great with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and a number to contact if I needed any further help finding it The property is like a home from home, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including lots of extras like a blender that was perfect for blending the fresh mangos and coconuts from the garden that I was given full access to. The view from the bedroom is incredible and you go to sleep with the sounds of the crickets over the hills and you awake to sunrise and the sound of the birds The absolute best thing about my stay was Mr and Mrs Rose who were just the loveliest most attentive hosts and made sure everything I needed was at my disposal and any questions or issues that may have arisen were dealt with instantly, I will absolutely be staying at The Rose Apartment on my next visit to Montego Bay

This is a really well thought out vacation spot, some of the key things I liked were: 1. Communication - they were very responsive and easy to communicate with, they get in touch and share quite a bit of information when the booking is confirmed. 2. Location - excellent location just outside the main Montego Bay (Mobay) area, very short drive to the main attractions in Mobay, food and shopping close by. Its 10/15 mins from the Hip Strip in Mobay, 1 hr 45 mins from Negril and 1 hr 30 mins from Ocho Rios. Very good central location for exploring the north coast attractions. There is a small restaurant and minimart just 2 mins walk and a big mall/plaza 5 mins drive. 3. Facilities - This is a small compound with 5 townhouses so it will never be too crowded. There is sufficient parking on-site in the gated compound. The townhouse has 2 floors with the two bedrooms on the top floor and the living/dining/kitchen on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a bathroom and there is also a powder room on the ground floor. Everything works, the AC, hot water, etc., which is not always consistent in some places. There are all the usual appliances and utensils you would expect in a house. This space is perfect for a small family or two couples. 4. Safety - The compound is very close to the main highway and felt very safe, there are the housekeeping and groundskeeping staff on-site during the day and security at night. We were out by the pool until late at nights and never felt unsafe, as someone was always around. 5. Check-in and other available facilities - Since they had people on-site, check-in was a breeze. They also offer meals if you need, while there are places close by they can get very busy on weekends so having that option is useful. Another nice perk is that guests can access a nearby beach club, where you get free entry and beach chairs. The beach club is a 5 - 7 min drive away and is on a beautiful beach with a full restaurant and water sports etc.
