This place really exceeded my expectations. It's in a perfect location in a very nice neighborhood in Amman. Surrounded with services, local coffeshops and restaurants makes it also a good destination to try a variety of the Jordanian Food. In 20 min walk down the hill you can go straight in the middle of downtown Amman. The staff were very nice and kind even before I arrived, they did text and made sure to meet all the requests made during reservation. Also during my stay they were excellent local guides for information to go around Amman. In the end of my stay they offered to bring me to the airport at the same rate of the local Taxi which was very convenient for me. Everyone I met were very nice, special thanks to Mr. Nabil, Mr. Mahmoud from management that were of a great help to me during my stay and also the kind man Mr. Maher from housekeeping who did a great job to ensure a calm and nice stay. The room is spacious given the price, making it a a good value for money. The hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the busy area of Alweibdeh, so it's quiet very calm to stay there. Heating was very good during my stay in winter. Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend it.

Customer service is excellent! Staff at the reception are tremendously helpful, welcoming, friendly and genuinely try to make your stay pleasant! Food is delicious. The serve a variety selection of local dishes. Waiter is friendly, polite, professional and provide fast service. They go out of their way to help you. Location is exquisite! Khuttar Apartment Hotel is in a very strategic location. It's close to everything you can and cannot think of, such as: Clothes, antique shops, modern and traditional restaurants and Cafe, Currency Exchange, Herbs shops and pharmacies. If you want to shop or explore authentic ambience, this is to place to be at! Housekeeping was great and helpful. Cleanliness of the rooms, restaurant and hotel is impeccable. Everyone in this hotel works hard and really appreciate their endeavors! The Hotel staff works hard and I really appreciate their endeavors! This is a note for customers: The Hotel Staff are not your servants. They're human being just like you, who work hard and genuine to make a living. Therefore, please treat them with respect, as you wish to be treated!

Great value for money in a nice calm area. Uber works great from here and it’s in reach of all the sites in the city. Check in was smooth and easy with a cheap airport transfer organised by our host. Good coffee and restaurants around. Ideal home base with good wifi and clean facilities. We hope to stay again when we return to Amman.

    The apartment was spacious and was more than adequate for our needs. Mr Samir is an excellent host and was very helpful and accommodating, and allowed us to keep our luggage in the office for a week at no charge and let us move from studio apartment to 2 bedroom apartment at no extra cost . Mr Russell was also willing to help when required.

    Lovely clean spacious modern apartment, with great rooftop terrace and seating area full of books. Big living room with TV and great air conditioning throughout apartment. 2 bathrooms which was nice, 1 with shower etc. Lots of storage for clothes. Big windows, lots of natural light. Lovely helpful friendly staff who were very welcoming.

    Jamal was very welcoming. He gave great suggestions for forex exchange, restaurants and sightseeing. He organized an airport pickup too. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay and it is very conveniently located. He lives just next door ,so if you need anything he's just around the corner.
