We stayed for one night after walking part of the Nakasendo way and it was the perfect respite after a long day. Access was easy, it was really clean with all necessary amenities and the shower was top notch! We got dinner from the nearby seven eleven and had it in the apartment, worked out perfectly for us. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away so its very easy to transit to your next destination from there.

Beautiful private house in a charming small town. The owner, like the rest of the locals, were overwhelmingly kind. Kanoko also left us some deer jerky from their hunting, which was absolutely delicious.

Right along the Nakasendo Trail in Magomejuku, this beautiful Ryokan fulfilled all our expectations. Host was very friendly and organised Dinner reservations. Guesthouse was very clean and well equipped (incl. Kitchen equipment)
