Everything is perfect, with the private onsen and the view to fuji mountain. Comfy bed and very large living and dining area. Nice location. Next to the pier terminal. The accommodation has given us a welcoming treats (a cake, snacks and drinks like sake, beer and soft drinks).

Very Cozy, Spacious and Clean 15mins walk from the Kinomiya Shrine and the station, absolutely quiet at night time. Very Recommend to visit the Shrine at night as well. Staff is very nice and sure will visit again in the future

Excellent location! The view from the balcony was blissful with the lake in front. The self check in was seamless, room spacious and comfortable! I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay at Hakone. If you have an option to take the room with the lake view, please do.

The location was fantastic! The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular. Was an amazing big space with plenty of room and the balcony and bathtub were great. It was nice and secluded and peaceful, with no neighhours close by. I would not recommend this property unless you have a car as it would be hard to get to on public transport. Was just a short drive to some of the best sight seeing in the region with easy access to the ropeways, pirateship and other great spots. Plenty of good food in town, but as its a smaller place, check the opening hours.
