We really loved our stay here, the property and location have a feel of modern Japanese living. The property is clean and near the Ogikubo station. The owner was super hospitable and she even accompanied us to the train station , helped us on the navigation of getting the Shinkansen tickets. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back here.

Aiko is a great host. She solved any query that was related to check-in including passport processing. The automatic check-in and the code for the door are really helpful. And in case of needing anything Aiko was always available. We are very pleased with her treatment and certainly this accommodation is a very good choice if you want to travel to Japan, it is very close to a 7-eleven where you can buy anything you need and only 5 minutes walk to a subway station that allows you to get to the center of Shibuya without any problem. A real pleasure to have chosen this accommodation!

The location was the best thing, 5 minute walk to the station which can take you all around Tokyo. The room was warm and clean. The host was very generous, as he picked us up from the station and dropped us back, each time providing us with a beverage and helping us with our bags. Definitely recommend staying here!

We really loved the style of the house, it was nice to experience the sleeping arrangements. Which is a futon bed. We were a group of 5 so the size of the apartment was perfect. The area itself is super cute, lots of smaller restaurants close by. If you like to thrift vintage clothing there is a good thrift store close to the station. I thought the walk to the station itself was not a problem takes maybe 5-7 minutes. Might take little longer getting into the city. But honestly didn’t think it was a problem. Would definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Japan

Since our flight arrived early in the morning, we asked our hosts for early check in. First of all, they let us to leave our belongings in the room while it was still being cleaned, and then, the room was available earlier than the original check in time. Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect — far beyond what we expected, and truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. 1. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly convenient and modern, using a QR code system. It was quick, contactless, and stress-free — a great start and end to the stay. 2. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four, and we even had two friends visit — the space was still more than enough. The kitchen and dining area were ideal for enjoying a family meal together after shopping nearby. The washing machine (with detergent provided!) was incredibly useful. And the highlight? The bathroom — spotless, well-designed, and just fantastic. 3. Basic towels were provided in the room, and on the first floor, there was free access to extra amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, spices (like pepper), coffee, candies, a microwave, and more. These thoughtful additions made everything even more comfortable. 4. The location was quiet and safe, and about a 20-minute walk from Shinjuku Station — very manageable and peaceful at night. 5. Wi-Fi and internet worked perfectly throughout our stay — fast, stable, and reliable. 6. The staff's kindness was truly outstanding. I was traveling with my parents and younger sibling, and we all felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference. 7. One thing I’m especially grateful for — even though I didn’t book a stay for one of the days, they allowed me to store my luggage in the same room. That kind of flexibility and generosity really touched me, and I deeply appreciate it. 8. This was our family's very first trip to Japan, and I was honestly worried about many things. But thanks to the support and care from the accommodation, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. I’m so thankful to every staff member who helped make this trip so memorable.

The location was perfect just 5 mins away from Station especially if you use the Shibuya Mark City elevator to the 4F, no need to walk uphill. We had time to relax in the spacious living area. The host was responsive and accommodating. Check out was at 10am but he allowed us to leave our luggage til our 2pm just in time for our van pick-up
