We loved the freshness and newness of the apartment. Very simply furnished, yet most adequate for us. It snowed whilst we were there and it changed the landscape to a white wonderland. Apartment was comfortably warm even with sub-zero temperatures outside. The host were fabulous, most helpful. Very open and prompt communication.

Oli, the manager, is fantastic, available, and very helpful. When we first entered the apartment, we noticed that the bed in the bedroom was broken, and she quickly reacted and changed it with a new one. The residency is calm and the neighborhood is fancy, safe, and wonderful. The Mega Mall is very near as well as resturants. I The ratio quality and price is very good. I strongly recommend Five Business-class rooms in R-house.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The host was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. He spent an entire day helping us buy jackets and sort out currency exchange, which was such a kind gesture. Not only that, but he also agreed to store our luggage while we went on a 2-night tour to Saty Village. On the day of our departure, he kept our luggage safe and even brought it to us in the evening as we had a late departure. The property itself feels just like home, cozy and welcoming. This level of hospitality is rare to find. Highly recommend staying here!

Really nice property with secure entrance. The owner met us there to show us how to get in etc. Really good communication and was patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than arranged. Property itself was lovely and we enjoyed our stay there.
