The location was perfect. The thing I like the most is the staff's attitude, and they are always ready to help. Nice breakfast provided at a small coffee shop onsite with traditional Kazak tea. The room is very clean, and it has everything you need, especially if you are staying for more than a week. AC, washing machine, plates, etc., are present.

Olli is super helpful. We were stuck for a taxi at green bazaar and just send a message to her and within 3 min our taxi arrived. And even at 3 am in the morning she made sure that our deposit money was refunded in cash. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The complex was beautiful and secured. One suggestion however- the 2nd bedroom needs one AC or fan as it was a bit hot at this time.

The convenience of having a supermarket downstairs for all our necessities, the close proximity to the city center, and the host’s kindness in accommodating a late check-in. The apartment was brand new, superclean and had everything I could wish, from free toiletries and a hairdryer to ironing board. The bed was comfy, WiFi was fast, and the host was incredibly helpful, always within reach via Whatsapp. I felt safe and welcomed. Definitely recommendable!
