The villa is great, I recommend it to everyone. + good location, about 20-25 min walk to the beach + great pool and garden + it is very clean and fresh + friendly owner and his family, always smiling ++ I go free upgrade and had room with a kitchen that was well equipped

The property is tucked away in a quiet location, but still close enough to amenities. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. It is spotlessly clean. Dilan and his family are absolutely lovely and made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Having a washing machine was brilliant and saved on using a laundry. I would absolutely recommend it here. Compared to other places we’ve stayed in, it is well underpriced and would happily have made more.

Brand new villa, we are the first guests stayed here. Villa is fully equipped with everything you need to live here comfortable. Kitchen with the gas, variety of kitchen utiles, to cook here was great pleasure. The host is always available to help with every item we needed. Villa a bit away from noisy road, that’s why is perfect place for working remotely or stay with family. By the way, beach is in 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. Nearest shops are in 10 minutes walking. Big shopping mall is Arpico in Galle is in 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. The Garden house caffe is in 5 minutes walking with splendid breakfasts, avocado toasts and perfect coffee. We recommend this villa for those who respect the calm rest in Unawatuna.

This place is really excellent! We planed to stay 2 nights and stayed 4 nights. A very new apartment, spotless clean. The bedroom has a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom also very big with warm water shower always. The kitchen offers you everything you can think of. And you have a large balcony with a cosy sofa, where you look right into the jungle. This is the place we spent most of our time, watching the many different colourful birds, the peacocks, the squirrels and the monkeys. The nights are extremely quiet, there are not even dogs nearby. It is true that it is away from anything, no shops, no restaurants, but you get an absolutely calm place. And there are TukTuks around to get you anywhere. The nearest beach (Turtle beach, Frog rock) is 20 minutes to walk. We walked this in the morning, this is a beautiful walk in the shade and after swimming and shopping we took a TukTuk home. Unawatuna beach is a 45 minutes walk from here, the very opposite from this calm place here, crowded and loud!

We stayed for 4 nights here. It was such a lovely stay. The Apartment was very clean & comfy. The breakfast was absolutely enough and tasty. Garden and Pool were very nice. Suneth and Bhagya were absolutely Kind and helpful. P.S. The Dog („Snowy") was also really Cute (he lives on the streets and not in the Apartment) You can Walk to the beach in 10 minutes.
