Otium exceeded my expectations. The hospitality of the owners who live in the same place is warm and friendly. The design of the apartment is based on nature and you feel that the soul was put into it. It is great pleasure to spend time in your own jungle on the terrace. Bed is big and comfortable, water pressure is very good, soundproofing is also beyond reproach. The cleaning is at the highest levels. Otium has its own parking spacious area. There are all necessary kitchen’s facilities and it is also possible to go for breakfast by car to Wapalapam restaurant (about 8 minutes), they serve breakfast from 9:00 to 11:00. A lot of thanks to Valentina, Guillaume and the lady who cleans apparements for my unforgettable vacation on Mauritius🇲🇺!!!

The place itself is very aesthetic. Nicolas, was a super host. He was warm, friendly and always very attentive. Thank you for being so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to others. The apartment is spacious and ideal for a small group. Safe property for couples and solo travellers. The balcony deserves a special mention.

Stunning Apartment at The Balise Marina – 5-Star Feel! Our stay at The Balise Marina was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by how beautiful, spacious, and luxurious the apartment was. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the living area is cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home – from utensils to towels, it was all thoughtfully provided. The apartment was immaculately clean, with a 5-star hotel feel throughout. The pool is huge and fantastic, perfect for a relaxing swim. The entire environment is lush, green, and peaceful, with beautiful boats gently passing by as you sit on the very large and lovely balcony – an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is great too – just a 2-minute drive to supermarkets and restaurants, making it very convenient. The host is outstanding – incredibly kind, generous, and always helpful. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We truly loved every minute of our stay and will definitely return again and again. Without a doubt, this was one of the best apartment experiences we've ever had!

Highly recommended. New, modern, furnished with love. We had personal warm welcome, owner was very friendly and nice, responded quickly when we needed something. We had car, so for us location was really good, close to beaches, hills, national park, activities, supermarke, etc. I would book it again.

Fantastic view to the see and Le Morne. We stay at the top of the building. The terrace are gorgeous and the flat with a good kitchen is big and bathroom as well. Is not on the beach for swimming but for boats and kayaks. The sunset is a dream. Good parking inside the plot. Alexandro was very kind with us and help with the luggage.

Pluspunten · Guillaume and Valentina are great hosts, the studio is convenient and a great base to discover the Le Morne area. The small patio outside was perfect for a morning coffee or some relaxation after a day exploring.

We had a lovely time at Le Rivage. The kitchen was well equipped, the apartment very big and clean with all the facilities one may need. We loved the terrace and the garden. Good location, 1.5 km from the supermarket and not too close to the beach but still okay as long as you rent a scooter. A special mention about Sabrina, the lady who welcomed us: she is very kind and polite, she even came with us to the bus stop and made sure we caught the right bus to Port Louis😊

well-furnished and lovely decorated apartment, with a big, clean bathroom and a veranda for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen provides everything you need and even more (nespresso machine! 😊) There is also a washing machine in the laundry if you need to use it. Océane, the owner, is doing her best helping you along with anything you need (car, tours, taxi…) and she’s got a hairy little concierge who awaits you. 😉🐶

the apartment was situated in a local area meaning it was easy to get around. The apartments have a lovely garden and generally equipped very well. The price is remarkable considering the apartment that you get. The Host was very obliging and always suggests trips we could go on or local events. The Apartment even had a dog, she was insanely cute !!!
