All hotels we have stayed in do have clean towels and coffee placed in the room each day .the upgrade was not explained very well I have read the details of both the studio and apartment and they are both the same which one is right? Location is great as its about 20-30 mins drive from both Amsterdam and Haarlem. Less than 10mins to Schiphol Airport. Neighbourhood is amazing. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Good breakfast. Close walking distance to tram st taking you to the city center in 17 min. Several supermarkets nearby.
