Beautiful setting, gorgeous cabin, spectacular grounds! The view of the bay was absolutely spectacular, especially from the porch. Cabins were large and clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean, and the view right across the waterfront is amazing. Akaroa has a lovely community feel, restaurants, supermarket and shops are within walking distance. Our suggestion is to arrive in daylight as the drive into Akaroa is beautiful. We had booked for only one night but had to stay for three due to a storm and flooded roads, our host Jackie was exceptionally kind to us during that time.

The location was great, it was within walking distance away from certain attractions like dolphin watching, continue down the bay either way you can find the Akaroa Lighthouse, supermarkets, Restaurants, and Souvenir Shops! We enjoyed short walks along the bay with a view!

It was in a great location. It was a lovely space, very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The little kitchen had a lot of equipment. Big bedrooms with comfy beds. You can just about see the sea through the buildings and the seafront was 30 seconds away. I liked that I we could sit outside. The pictures don’t do it justice.
