The bed was incredibly comfortable..Check-in was smooth and easy.We felt right at home in this cozy space.. Walking distance to SM mall and transportation.Great value for the price. Location was superb, just infront of Southwood mall. Very clean and organized. Availability of the parking within the vicinity of the building. Pool was clean and properly maintained but unable to utilize it due to busy schedule. There is a 7-11 store which is open 24 hours just besides the building. Nice and safe community

Jfam Suites exceeded our expectations again! This was our second time booking the unit, and the recent upgrades have made it even more comfortable and welcoming. Brian, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to address all our questions and requests. His staff even assisted us with our laundry, which we truly appreciated. The unit itself is wonderful, but it's the exceptional hospitality that truly sets Jfam Suites apart. We will definitely return!
