    This studio is such a haven in the midst of the bustle of Katipunan, Q.C.. One is protected from the street noise (not entirely, but not bad), and from the heat (thanks to the aircon and fan). Conveniently situated near Ateneo University, the metro station, restaurants, convenience stores, the small, cozy, condo is perfect for one person and short stays. The security guards are very helpful and the owner is very kind.

    This is indeed great view, the condo is a standard size for this type of condominium in Manila. The check-in was really great, I was given a code and I could go inside. The host was very accommodating too. The apartment was clean, there is a washing machine there, a very comfortable bed, a sofa, TV set with netflix. There's a shopping mall inside the building! and a plethora of shops. Another, slightly bigger mall (in The Rise) is within 100 meters, there are restaurants, and very good shops there. All in all highly recommended.

    The apartment is well located, just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport, in Makati, one of the best districts in Manila, and in and around The Beacon condominium there are several cafes, restaurants, bars, and all sorts of shops. The gym is well equipped, and the swimming pool is big and clean. The apartment (3105, Tower 2) was big and clean enough. The bed was comfortable. They provide toiletries and tools to cook. The wifi works well. The aircon too. The apartment is high up so it's not too noisy.
