The accommodation corresponds to the description. It is equipped with all the necessary facilities for short-period stay. I was surprised with a welcome set of bottled water, tea/coffee, and snacks. As well as free toiletries. The room includes a kitchen, necessary equipment, and a washing machine with powder. The location was great for my activities.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and modern, I wish I could have spent here more time than just overnight. It was superconvenient for going to concert at Atlas arena, it took us 30 min since the final moment of the concert till getting in our room (it was 10-15 min ride with e-scooter ). There was available safe parking (don`t forget to book it beforehand as space is limited), bed as comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, the rooms had AC, and bathroom had shower gel and other amenities. If returning to Lodz ever again, would pick this apartment again.
