Perfect apartment, perfect stay. Balcony is nice, although it may be windy there :-) Parking place available on two nearby streets. Some good restaurants few metres away. Luis is a very friendly person - and there was a welcome gift waiting for us in the apartment. The discount to SPAR market in the same building is a nice bonus. I totally recommmend Ventur Flat.

Nice clean and comfortable apartment in a great location with quick access to Funchal and other places. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could park either on the street or in the garage which has a reserved parking spot, which is convenient as the streets nearby were sometimes full.

The property was very clean and modern. There was everything you needed, including a fully equiped kitchen. The apartment is well situated on Madeira and includes a parking space. Andre was super responsive and check-in/check-out was very smoothly without waiting time.

A fantastic place to stay! Located in a quiet, easily accessible area, just 10 km from Funchal and 15 minutes from the airport. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the apartment was equipped with everything you might need: shower gels, washing powder, large shopping bags, olive oil, vinegar, spices, various teas, coffee pods—you name it! To top it off, we were greeted with a plate of fresh fruit and sweets upon arrival. Every morning, we enjoyed the sunrise from the terrace—a perfect way to start the day. There’s a garage available, but free street parking is not a problem. A bus stop next to the building connects to Funchal, 40 minutes one way as it goes through villages. Bruno, a huge thank you for making our stay so comfortable. In terms of equipment and amenities, this was the best apartment we’ve stayed in so far!

    Very big apartment, clean and with everything you need. Carolina was extremely friendly and welcoming and she gave us information about places to eat, visit hike , car rental etc. Would definitely recommend it and would love to go back.

    Good location to explore the island as it has easy access to main highways. The flat is comfortable and has all the appliances one would need for a short stay. The owner is very friendly and gave us great suggestions for restaurants which are not the usual tourist trap but genuine local food locations . A maintenance call was responded and dealt with quickly as possible.

    The view from the apartment is quite relaxing as the ocean is visible all the time. In addition to it, the apartment had most necessary things for a short stay. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and small grocery shops are all within a couple minutes distance. We also booked this location specifically to have access to a diving center which is just 4 minutes away walking distance, which was really good!

    The studio apartment was perfect for our needs, comfortable, well-equipped, close to local shops and restaurants, and good value. The staff were very friendly and in particular Diomira was extremely helpful. It’s important to note that payment is in cash only, whatever you are told by booking.com or similar sites.
