A safe, secure, beautifully maintained property that's ideally located in the heart of the city. Exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Special mention must be made of the property manager, Andreia. Just an exemplary young women. I've had experiences with property managers from five star hotels that could learn a great deal from Andreia. Communication was constant/responsive as well as pre-emptive. Andreia clearly takes a great deal of pride in her work/property and it absolutely shows in her impeccable attention to detail: from her warm and engaging welcome, to her delightful deployment of different scents in every zone of the property, to her very polished, very detailed in-person room tour. A refreshing and delightful surprise!

The suite we checked-in was very new and clean! It appeared just have been renovated and modernized not long ago. Bed was warm and comfortable. Utensils and appliances in the kitchen were all like new and very thoughtfully prepared. And there was free parking, a big plus!! Aside from the facilities, the contact from the apartment was also very helpful. We communicated via whats app, they were very responsive to our every questions, and were so kind to provide us a lot of useful tips to discover this city. We appreciated a lot to have this place to stay in Porto. It made our trip just even more memorable!
