We loved it here!! The house is modern, clean, and felt like a home. We booked and arrived within 1 hour, the hostess was so accommodating and even helped us with laundry and hiring a bike. We love the location and watching the wildlife from the balcony. Thank you 🥰

Great location and value for money. Huge open space and lots of room for 3-4 guests. Two bathrooms and a whole kitchen/dining area. The hosts are amazing and super helpful, continually went above and beyond for us.

The views are incredible! It’s so quiet and peaceful only nature sounds. I love how the land feels wild and happy. The owner is very friendly and an incredible artist. I was only planning on staying 2 nights but I’m still here and now volunteering we’ll see how long I stay!

Excellent location for Songkran

This place is a hidden gem just outside Pai, only 8 minutes from the nearest 7/11 next to the airport. Located along the roadside, as soon as you pass through the wooden gates, you enter a little haven of peace. One of the owners’ house is right at the entrance, and directly opposite is the reception area, which gives the first impression—an absolute sanctuary. From there, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains, a small wooden terrace with a water fountain, and chairs perfectly positioned to soak in the scenery. It’s incredibly peaceful. A stone path leads you further inside, where you’ll find a cozy fire pit area with chairs around it, perfect for evenings. Then you will find a covered wooden platform with a table, cushions, and a hammock with Mountain View. Along the bamboo fence, there’s also a home made wooden swing-style seating area. And the house—offering stunning mountain views! Especially from the balcony upstairs ! The house itself is stunning. It’s simple, well-designed, minimalistic, and modern. The aesthetic details, the plants, the pebbles around the bathtub, and that window facing the mountains—watching the sunset reflection from the bathtub is pure magic. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the décor, from the fabric of the cushions to the bedding, is in perfect harmony—1000% on point! Nothing is missing; everything has been thoughtfully planned. Slippers, laundry detergent and softener for the washing machine, bottled water, a full bathroom kit including combs—every travel essential is taken care of. Even the bathtub is set up with candles and a bath bomb for the perfect relaxation experience. Every evening, the fire was set up for us, creating a cozy ambiance with guirlande lights in the trees around. The small details make all the difference—like having more than just the exact number of coffee sachets for guests. Laundry detergent, UNO Cards, fan, etc. Everything is a huge plus!

Service is super friendly. Beds are the best in Thailand. Price is fair. Pretty quiet.

The place is just behind “Cheese Madness” restaurant. They’re selling best grilled cheese sandwich, wine & weed. It’s literally in town!!! where all the bar n restaurants. Big Parking is in another guesthouse but only 20 meters away. Big big house!! Big bathtub with a proper hot water. European quality house!!

The staff was so friendly. Even I couldn’t find in the night he stand ooutisde waiting for me ! So nice of him !

The place is really nice and quite, immersed in nature. Ann is very kind and available to help, give information and support in case of need. there was also a filtered water tub, it was very handy to make tea and get water in the night
