There are shops, cafes, pharmacies and public transport nearby, so getting to the center or other parts of the city is not a problem. Very spacious appartment, with a nice sized kitchen. Everything is clean. Bed is large and comfortable. Alot of light flooding in from outside. The landlord is awesome. There's a mini Carrefour around the corner to do some shopping and cook when you get back to the appartment.
