Truly recommend this property, is a gem of Elizabeth! It’s very close to the laundromat (bubble are us), Walgreens pharmacy and local food shops. At 7-8 min walking distance you have the Seabra’s supermarket where you can get a good food shopping for home. There are plenty of South American, especially Colombian Restaurant and Bakery’s, and if you fancy more of a Chinese or burger take away, you got a Wendy nearby and a Chinese restaurant too! The property is as the picture you see on the website. Very clean, equipped with all the comfort : Towels Bedding linen Toilet paper and soaps Cutlery and plates and glasses Pans, pots, coffe brewer, kettle, toaster Iron and iron board Hair dryer and hair straightener Cleaning products The Lady is the kindest person, she aloud us to check in earlier and check out later, giving us the time to organise as it worked best for my family of 6! When we arrived the house was already with the air conditioning on and we found some refreshing water bottles in the fridge, it was a real treat as we were arriving very tired from the long trip.

This was the worst and most dangerous experience I’ve ever had while traveling. The apartment was in terrible condition. The neighborhood is extremely unsafe, with people doing and selling drugs right outside the entrance. Inside, the walls were broken, the fire alarm didn’t work, and there was a door leading directly to an alley filled with drugged individuals. The apartment was dirty, smelled bad, and the towels were stained. The AC didn’t work either. We immediately contacted Booking.com to report this. Their response was to contact the host, who then threatened us. He told us that if we didn’t leave the apartment, we would have problems. Shortly after, someone set off the security alarm and then called us, threatening us again and demanding we leave the apartment within 10 minutes or else. Fearing for our safety, we left and had to book emergency accommodation elsewhere. We didn’t even stay one night. This host is a criminal and a thief. Booking.com is not protecting its guests, but rather supporting someone who scammed us. We are proceeding with legal steps through consumer protection channels in the USA and our bank. This property and this platform are both part of a scam. I also seriously doubt the positive reviews left here are real. They seem fake or written by friends, family, or people who owe the host a favor. For your own safety, do not stay here. More importantly, do not use Booking.com. If something goes wrong, they will not protect you. You will lose your money and be left on your own. Book directly with a hotel or use a different platform. It is not worth risking your peace, your safety, or your life.

The apartment was really huge! It was not an exaggeration. I had to convince my friends to just come on over and join us coz the rooms are huge and spacious. Everything we needed was there. There was even a half bag of rice that probably the former guests have left and since we're Asians, we cooked it! Rice, for us, is life! haha. The place is just a few steps away from the train station, the dollar store, thrift store, and other department stores, restaurants, etc. We felt it's a safe community coz we would usually go back to the apartment past 12mn and the area looked peaceful. The neighbors were also friendly. The host was very, very accommodating. I had an issue with the payment coz I invited other guests to join but booking.com wasn't giving me any choice to edit my registration, and the host helped me with it. Thank you for a very nice place to stay, and for being a great host (even if we didn't see you face to face). :)
