Well, I really like the location to the Convention Center, which is why I was in Philly. I also appreciated how a grocery store and a gym were nearby. Overall everything I needed in the apartment I found. It was that relaxing that I stayed a night in the apartment. I love the washer/dryer opportunity as I was traveling for around 10 days.

I stayed at this wonderful rental apartment for four days during my vacation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The host was exceptional, responding quickly to any questions I had and being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment, very good value for money with new furnishings, streaming tv and two bathrooms. Close to the city centre/main tourist sites with buses and subway right outside. The laundry in the basement was handy too. There's also an Aldi across the road. Other reviews complained of noise but it was quiet during our stay - actually surprisingly peaceful given the busy streets beneath. The mattresses were very comfortable and we all slept well.
