When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! I stayed at Zenpark for a few weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The location is really nice and it’s easy to access the city center. The studio was clean and the hosts offer amazing hospitality and communication and really go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

This homestay exceeded our expectations! The host was so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their English was good, which made it easy to ask questions. The room itself was great and offered breathtaking views. The warm swimming pool was an unexpected bonus, especially during the cooler months. We were pleasantly surprised by the vibrant atmosphere of the surrounding area, with numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes within easy reach. We can't wait to return!
