They were spotless, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Theo, Melanie, and their family were very welcoming and wonderful hosts. We loved being able to order fresh bread in the evening and to have it right outside our door in the morning! They were very patient with our dog and children, and we are grateful for their hospitality. It was an easy walk to the lifts, even with little kids and their gear. There was a well-stocked grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Make sure to bring hand soap, shampoo, etc. or purchase there. Alpenheim was an amazing find, and we are glad that we got to ring in the new year at such a lovely place.

At the hotel, all rooms on the upper floor have a balcony with a mountain view. The hosts were the most genuine and caring couple. They made sure our stay was perfect. The location was only a few minutes walk away from the main ski lifts, and restaurants and bars a few minutes away as well. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
