The check-in and check-out was also very smooth. It was also next to Graz's Opera House; shops were also nearby. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but I could imagine staying for longer in that room.

There’s a SPAR supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and responsive—on our second day one of the air conditioners stopped working, and they replaced it with a brand new one right away. The property also has a small playground for kids, plus darts and air hockey, which the children really enjoyed. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, which was a big plus. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely come back on my next visit!

Parking instructions were very clear and communication with owner quick. We appreciated a coffee maker with coffee beans which is by far no standard thing, even though it should be.

Apart from the spacious kitchen, a little bathroom and restroom it has 2 big rooms, with carefully picked and stylish vintage / modern pieces of furniture and decorative items. Place is well equipped with all what you need. Balcony for the kitchen has some trees with tons of birds singing. Parking is very close in an underground parking house. Truly inspirational apartment!
