Located in Mackay, The Shores Holiday Apartments offer free Wifi and free on-site parking and enjoy a beachfront location with direct access to Blacks Beach.There are 2 swimming pools, a toddlers pool, children's hopscotch, a beachfront viewing platform and a tennis court. Mackay Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Didn’t do breakfast. The location was great. Close to the beach. Great hamburgers just around the corner.

A water park and a children's playground are available at the apartment, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. No information was sent through for how to get into the room. The staff at the resort were quite rude as it was a privately owned villa and they refused to offer any assistance. Once the owner returned my call it was a breeze to get into and he was extremely apologetic.
